WHY BABY MASSAGE?

Baby massage is a simple, beautiful practice that supports your baby’s wellbeing — and strengthens your bond.

With regular massage, parents often notice:

  • More settled, relaxed behaviour

  • Improved sleep patterns

  • Less colic, wind and tummy discomfort

  • Greater confidence in understanding their baby’s cues

  • A calmer, more connected feeding and bedtime routine

  • Improved mood for parents

Massage is also a special time for parents to slow down, breathe and connect with their baby.

Grandparent, USA

“The course is a wonderful way to bond with your baby. Each segment is clearly explained and videos show exactly how to do the massage. FAQs

  • You can begin gentle massage from birth if your baby is healthy and ready, but many parents start anytime in the first year.

  • We recommend a low-allergen, food-grade or massage-specific oil such as cold-pressed sunflower or coconut oil.

  • A few minutes daily is perfect. You can build up the routine as your baby becomes familiar with the sensations. You can incorporate massage into your daily routine or use it a few times a week, whatever suits you and your baby best.

  • This is completely normal. We teach you how to read and respond to cues so massage always feels calm and positive.

  • Absolutely — massage is a beautiful way for all family members to bond.
